July 6, 2000 - R.C. of Evanston - Changeover

President Devlyn established a new tradition when the Rotary Club  of Evanston hosted the first "RI Changeover" during Julyof 2000.  DG Gordon Schrubbe (D6440) and Carl LeMasters welcomed everyone to the Evanston club meeting.  VP Lou Piconi administered the oath of office to Evanston Club President Lloyd Urban.  PRIP Herb Brown (TRF Chair) awarded a PHF and Frank took the podium s the speaker for the Evanston Meeting.
