Celebration Event Held on May 23, 2000 at which Frank Devlyn was the featured speaker and honored guest.  He was joined during his visit by RI Director Floyd Olson and Sandra.  PDG Clarence Hagemeier served as his aid for the event.  Frank met with a member of the Northwest Medical Teams to discuss Rotary's "partnering with other organizations" and he visited the spectacular and world famous Portland Rose Garden.  Frank has a particular interest in rose gardens and led the effort to establish the garden in Mexico City.
